What is the Teacher Training & Hiring Program?

It's a structured training and hiring program by WWIS that prepares individuals to become confident, skilled, and modern educators — combining hands-on classroom exposure with mentorship from our existing faculty.

Who is this program for?

It's suited to aspiring teachers, recent graduates, and anyone passionate about working with children who wants real classroom experience before stepping into a full-time teaching role.

What makes it different from a typical teaching job?

The program emphasizes creativity and modern, child-centric teaching methods over rote instruction — you learn to facilitate individual learning plans (ILPs), not just deliver a syllabus.

What does the training actually involve?

Hands-on experience, real classroom exposure, and ongoing mentorship from senior faculty — you train alongside the same teaching methodology used across iPlay, iDiscover and iLead.

What do I receive on completion?

A Teacher Training Certificate and an Internship Certificate, recognizing the training and classroom hours completed.

Will I get a job offer afterward?

High performers may receive a job offer at WWIS, subject to availability of open positions at the time.

What are the basic requirements to apply?

Good communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching and working with children — prior teaching experience is not mandatory.

What are the eligibility criteria?

A relevant educational qualification along with a demonstrated interest in education — we look for attitude and aptitude as much as a specific degree.

How do I apply?

Send your resume to rootadmin@wwistrichy.com and our team will reach out about next steps.
